This agreement is between myself, Cyano Nightingale (the "Artist"), and you (the "Client"). The client is hiring the Artist for a commission hereafter referred as "commission" and/or "artwork".Failure to comply with this Terms of Service may result in ban from future commissions, and will result in all rights and ownership to the commissioned artwork rescinded.

I, the Artist, am not responsible if the Client fails to read/ confirm the Terms of Service. The Client is responsible to clarify with the Artist any policy they are unsure of.⋆⁺₊⋆ ♡̷̷̷ ⋆⁺₊⋆

How long do you usually give an update?

I usually update whenever I start working on the commission and when I stop working on it.Feel free to ask for an update as often as you needed. Please note that it might take me a while to reply or update due to irl and time zones.
